Why are you doing a PhD:

I have always been interested in science and research about our nature and the world that surround us. Of all the many unresolved questions, molecular biology studies the questions that seem the most intriguing and interesting to me, and ideally I would like to pursue a career in research in this area and contribute to the understanding of our biology.

Doing a PhD offers me the opportunity to continue my formation towards one day becoming a scientist, an independent researcher, equipping myself with the tools, techniques and knowledge to contribute to science.

What are your interests outside the lab?

Cycling, football, painting, reading
