A school class (4th year high school, 25-30 students) visited the Institute for Cell Biology and Immunology in Stuttgart and TRAINERS ESR Josip Skoko told the students all about his research and gave then an introduction to the lab facilities.
Josip gave the students a tour of the flow cytometry stations and showed them how it works using real samples. He then explained about the cancer models he uses in his research, what treatments he uses and how he applies flow cytometry to assess drugs efficacy. This was followed by a lively question and answer session with the students.
